A congenital heart defect producing cyanosis; characterized by four symptoms: pulmonary stenosis and ventricular septal defect and malposition of the aorta over both ventricles and hypertrophy of the right ventricle. Synonyms: Fallot's tetralogy, tetralogy of Fallot.
